Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pharmacy or business name, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (country/city level). Our analytics are aggregate and cookie-free — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries — such as our hosting, infrastructure, and email providers — and only to the extent needed to do so. Our infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, we do so in line with the NDPA's requirements on cross-border transfers, using providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for personal data.
We keep demo request details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
